“Stay Home, Stay Healthy” Order
In accordance with the Governor’s order Friday evening for all citizens to “Stay home, Stay healthy,” The Grotto has made the very difficult decision to temporarily close.
We are unsure when we will reopen at this time, but we promise to open our chapel, gardens and shops as soon as possible.
We will keep everyone up-to-date with daily emails, including our daily series “A Place of Sanctuary: Bringing The Grotto to You.”
We will certainly need your support to bridge the gap while we are closed. Stay tuned for more updates and ways you can help.
A message from the Servite Friars:
Dear friends, we Servite Friars miss praying with you at Mass at the Grotto. Be assured that each day you and your family are prayerfully remembered in prayer. Please send us your prayer requests (submit using form below) and the names of those we can pray for in the days and weeks ahead. We love you and wish the Lord’s blessings upon you.
Fr. Don Siple, OSM, Rector of The Grotto
A Place of Sanctuary: Bringing The Grotto to You
While everyone is staying home, we thought we would share a piece of The Grotto with you each day until Masses resume. We hope our daily feature, A Place of Sanctuary: Bringing The Grotto to You, which you may view by clicking here, brings you joy.
May you, too, experience the peace our visitors and pilgrims encounter in the spiritual and natural beauty of our holy sanctuary.
