We may request information from users for Gift Shop orders, donations, registration forms, volunteer forms, Mass request forms, and on our “contact us” page. We work with shipping companies and a credit card processing company to fulfill orders for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. This information is used to fulfill the customer’s orders or requests only, or to ask questions specific to an order. Customers will have an option to opt-in to receive future emails from The Grotto which are not related to the specific transaction.
